Take the pictures, take the pictures!

Hi there. I know it's been a while. I s-o-o have to get used to blogging. I've done so many projects, and have found some great treasures, but I keep forgetting the pictures! I have to remember to take the pictures, take the pictures! I am really going to concentrate on that for this month. So to start off the month I have some photos from this month's Kane. I had a really good show and I had a great time too. Everyone seemed to be in a really good mood and they were buying as well. I really didn't sell any high priced items but a lot of medium priced treasures and tons of garden. Here are some photos of just a few items that I took to Kane. Of course I didn't remember  to "take the pictures" until late Saturday when I had already sold the best stuff. Better luck next month.
It was so nice to meet Jan from Gracie's Cottage. I have been following her blog for a while now and it was great to finally meet her. It was so much fun talking to her about her new iPad (I'm such an Apple geak). She was showing me all the neat features and all the great apps you can download. Now I will be ordering one for sure in the next couple of weeks. Thanks Jan.

I love the rust on these roses.

A customer bought this terrarium for her Mother In-law for Mother's Day.

A perfectly sweet shabby porch swing. A wine bottle holder planter and a trellis message center.

The gal that bought this altered birdcage hanging lamp couldn't wait to get it home.

I think I'm going to paint him pink. What do you think?

It's that time again......

Time sure does fly by doesn't it. Here we are looking at April's Kane County Flea Market next week. Here's a sneak peek at some items you'll find in my booth this month. I visited my daughter and grandson in St. Louis last month and found a lot of neat stuff. Please stop by and say hi.

I didn't plan on all this blue...but I just love it!

Isn't this vintage sconce from Italy just beautiful? This was one of my buys from Kane County. I think the blue glass crystals are lovely. I've always loved this color and you just don't see them very often. Like I said I didn't plan on all the blue, it just happened. I'm a sucker for old bottles, and one of the dealers close to my booth sold me this whole lot of pretty blue ones at a great price. I had to have them! Enjoy the photos.
